Curriculum Overview

Year 1: Level 1
Islam-The Religion of Allah (Textbook): Introduces the Arabic alphabet, jumble words with short vowels, and essential rules for reading the Quran.
Values: Covers fundamental beliefs in Allah, Angels, Books, Prophets, the Day of Judgment, and
basic Quranic supplications.

Year 2: Level 2
Amma Para with Tajwid: Guides students on the basic rulings of Quranic recitation, including
articulation of letters with Tarteel.
Islam-The Religion of Allah (Textbook): Explores simple ways of living in accordance with the Quran.
Fiqh: Imparts essential knowledge about Salat, its timings, and conditions.
Aqidah: Encapsulates core Islamic beliefs, briefly describing the pillars of Iman.
Akhlaq: Teaches children how to interact with parents, teachers, siblings, neighbours, and the
community.

Year 3: Level 3
The Quran – Parah 1-3:
Provides an introduction to understanding the Quran, including elementary-level textbooks and workbooks for short Surahs commonly recited in Salah.
Fiqh: Details the times of Salat, conditions of Wudhu, and other related matters.
Aqidah: Discusses the oneness of Allah, His attributes, belief in messengers, and the divinity of the Quran.
Akhlaq: Encourages virtues such as honesty, punctuality, kindness, and cleanliness from an Islamic perspective.
Tareekh: Chronicles the history of Prophets from Adam (a.s) to Isa (a.s) and Muhammad (s), maintaining a chronological narrative.
