GUIDELINES FOR HIFZ STUDENTS

  1. The students enrolled in the Hifz section have additional study hours and school days that are determined by the system governing the Hifz section. They do not fall under the category of General Students.
  2. Hifz classes may be conducted for the students in the Hifz category even during Summer, Winter, and Ramazan vacations.
  3. It is important for parents to arrange for their ward a daily routine for learning the lessons under the guidance of a Hafiz after Maghrib Salah each day.
  4. Parents must go through the Daily Report on Hifz regularly. It is important to stay informed about the progress and activities of their child.
  5. A minimum of 80% attendance is required by the students each month for continuation in the Hifz section.
  6. Term-wise offline Hifz test will be conducted in school on specified dates to assess the progress of each student.
  7. The school follows its own system and syllabus for the Hifz Section, and parents are expected to adhere to them strictly.
  8. The management seeks the cooperation of all parents to ensure the smooth functioning of the system and the school.
